The Essene Revival portion of this event is 100% FREE. If you wish to come out for a few minutes or the day and hear a speaker talk, be inspired by nature, or worship with us, please come on out. It is 100% FREE of charge ro attend and participate.

It is our mission to offer G*D’s saving information free of charge. One cannot put a price on Grace. As per the Gospel of Luke, we trust in G*D’s provision (and traditional offatory) and focus on the spiritual “nutrition” task at hand rather than material possessions.

Essene Immersion Experience

Like any good “church bake sale” or “pancake breakfast” fundraiser, if you wish to support us… and yourself… more, we are offering an “Essene Immersion Experience” where you stay and camp under the stars with us for the weekend.

All attendees are encouraged to bring vegan snacks for a potluck food sharing table. Specifically raw vegan foods are always encouraged. If you are staying with us for the full weekend, we will be making some meals to share. Donations to support this food ministry are appreciated All food will be vegan and as much organic as we can find available.

Primitive Camping Accommodations

We have graded sites in the wooded area alongside the creek for camping in tents, personal vehicles or vans. Campsites do not have electric, nor water hookups. Smaller RVs might be accommodated depending on size and must be self-contained. If you have a larger rig or RV, or require full hookups, we suggested reaching out to the many wonderful RV camps along the wine trail.

There are two shared showers: an outdoor on-demand propane shower in our solarium and a solar heated shower which is good for quick mid-day rinses. Potable well water is available to fill water bottles.
There are electric plugs for charging personal devices in our small meeting room.
Generators are allowed but are not to be a nuisance to other campers. Quiet hours are between 11PM and 9AM.
Please leave ALL Pets at home. Emotional Support Animals MUST have proper paperwork and BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTION.
Zero Waste Request: Please consider bringing your own plate-bowl, cup and utensil with you.
LEAVE NO TRACE. This is a pack in and pack out camping event. There will be no excessive trash cans on site. We request that you bring bags to take your trash home with you.
BATHROOMS: Bucket toilets and sawdust are provided.
All Campers are encouraged to bring their own portable toilets.

Off Site Accommodations

We encourage you to stay on-site, but if roughing it is not your thing, even for a night or two, there are several airbnbs, smaller inns and tiny homes within a mile or so of our property such as

Hye Life.

Vendors

If you are interested in vending or hosting a paid service space of any kind, please let us know in advance. We will open our gates to outside visitors at the front of property (high traffic location on the Texas Wine Trail). Vetted vendor spaces will be 100% FREE. However, if you make any sales, we ask that that you tithe back to the Seed of Life. That amount will be left to your own discretion, based on the value you feel you received.

Sponsorships, Partnerships and Donations

We are an officially recognized 508c1a. This gathering of the tribe will help us raise funds to pay for our ongoing property expenses and continued building. If you can afford to donate more, please consider paying it forward for someone in a current financial bind AND we hope that you will want to support the mission of the Seed of Life and pay a higher value so we can continue to produce events like this.

If you are short of funds, we ask that you donate whatever cash you can afford towards food and then make up for the rest through significant barter-volunteering

Property cleanup and buildouts several weeks leading up to the event.

Being that it is “scholarship” based, ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED to submit a written request and have pre-approval to apply for scholarship.

We want to make sure you agree to our plant-based, 100% sober orientation for the weekend. This means even plant-based ‘substances.’
Verify and establish your interest in and/or commitment to the Essene Way.
Sign a liability waiver.
Learn how you will actively contribute to this event.

Children

This initial event is primarily geared for adult participation, until the event becomes more established. Suggested donation for children staying overnight under the age of 12 is $222. Children under the age of 4 are free. There will be no child care available on site. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Responsibility and accountability is a given in the Essene Way.
